WiiLink is a fan-made revival project dedicated to restoring online funcionality across various services on the Wii and DS systems. We are the only project that restores full WiiConect24 and Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection services. We work alongside other homebrew projects and the community to enrich our services with great content, and strive to provide Nintendo-like experiences for our users thanks to our content management team.
WiiLink is an open-source project, with our code available on GitHub for transparency and community contributions. We believe in the power of collaboration and welcome developers to join us in enhancing our services. Our open approach ensures that our users can trust in the integrity and security of all services we provide.
WiiLink actively supports homebrew developers and content creators by providing a platform to showcase their work. We collaborate with various homebrew projects to showcase their applications and games on our services, helping them reach a wider audience. Our community-driven approach fosters innovation and creativity within the homebrew scene.
WiiLink is an alternative WiiConnect24 service provider for the Wii. It was originally founded by Dogmander, Marko and Auto1lija in April 2020 as 'Wii No Ma development', later renamed 'Rii no Ma' with the sole goal of reviving Wii no Ma. However, following the merge with BetterConnect24 and a change in command structure, it became WiiLink24 in September 2020. On May 19, 2021, it was rebranded to WiiLink, removing the 24 from the name. After a merger with RiiConnect24, WiiLink became the sole major WiiConnect24 revival service. As it stands, WiiLink is lead by Sketch, with support from a team of dedicated developers, content managers, localizers, community managers, and system admins.
Our localization team ensures our content, services, and communications are available in multiple languages, making WiiLink accessible to a global audience.
We maintain a robust and reliable server infrastructure to ensure seamless online experiences for our users, with minimal downtime and optimal performance.
We prioritize the security and privacy of our users, implementing best practices to protect their data and ensure safe online interactions through our moderation team.
